The next step in the propagation of communist theory, especially Constitutional Communist theory is based on leading by example.
Consider this scenario.
When a city or town or other form of local community observes a communistic society in their area, a commune which is functioning and efficient and just, they will naturally be more curious as to the nuances of the “deathless ideal”. That curiosity will develop into a better understanding and therefore an increase in Constitutional Communists in that respective community. The next step is a non-violent and constructive one. By democratic representative process communists will run for office and be elected because of communisms new and increasing popularity. When a populace sees the success which communist theory has created in their community or even in other communities which have exhibited the justice and productivity which Constitutional Communism promotes, they will begin to be increasingly supportive in their respective communities, states/provinces and eventually countries.
And to think that it could all begin with a tiny grass routes commune is very encouraging.
Now, of course, you may have many doubts. I do not claim to have all the answers or even the best one. I do claim, however, to have something that I at least am going to try. At this time I am beginning to recruit volunteers, raise funds and flesh out the ideas for my own grassroots commune. This could be the first step in the New Communist Era and I am honored to be a part of it.
Keep in mind that these grassroots communes are at your discretion and eventually the discretion of the people who comprise the commune as to scale, policy and other factors. No project is too small to start the Earth turning to a new stage in economic and social justice.

I have been spending the last day and a half calculating how many people, at what rate of distribution and what income requirements would be necessary to support a commune of this nature in the city of Worcester.
I have determined that seeing as the building (or building complex) will need to be specific types of areas (ten private rooms, one great hall and several other large communal areas) it will be much more efficient to design and construct a building rather than to use or renovate and use a pre-existing building. The cost of construction, if the building is made to certain specifications, will be lower than buying a building with unnecessary space in some areas and insufficient space in others.
That is why I am making some rudimentary calculations as to how much the building will cost and how much the designing process alone would cost.
At the same time that all of these calculations are going on, I am beginning a networking process which will enable us to find donations from communists throughout the world and proceed with the first major step of finding an efficient and reasonably priced architect.
